Q: How do I place an order?
A:The easiest way to order from us is through our website. Our
website is equipped with a "shopping cart" system that allows you to
quickly order the items you select. The shopping cart includes the shipping
charges for that one item. If ordering multiple items, please see our shipping
chart to save on shipping charges.
Q: What method of payment can I use when ordering
from you ?
A: We
accept Pay Pal (Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card) and
personal checks. Keep in mind we cannot place your order in our system until we
have a payment of some sort, so when sending a check, please be aware that your
order will not ship until it is received. Foreign orders: Pay Pal (credit card)
or international money orders only please.
Q: How safe is my Credit Card online?
A: Pay Pal is very safe. Your card number will not be shown. We have never had any problem with credit card
fraud in house or with the Internet. It has statistically been proven that it
is much safer to use your credit card on the Internet with websites than to use
it in a department store or restaurant.
Q: When Can I Expect My order after I place an
order?
A:
All orders are shipped within two - fourteen business days after payment is
received and funds have cleared our merchant account unless told
otherwise. We ship USPS Priority Mail (2 business days) or UPS upon request (2-5
business days). You can always expedite your order with second day air or
overnight delivery. The information expressed above does not apply to
international mail. During Holidays expect delays from two to four weeks.
Q: What happens if you are sold out of an item I
am interested in?
A: That does not happen with our candles. Candles are made to order. Occasionally
the demand for an item is extremely high and outpaces our supply. We do not
charge your card for backordered items until they are sent and there are no
extra shipping costs.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: MEG
specializes in special orders! You can choose the style, container, color,
scent, strength of the scent and even the label! We can personalize the label
to include a photo or clip art and a saying or name at no additional charge.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: MEG
sells both retail and wholesale. To set up an account, please email your
company name, your name, address, phone number, fax, tax ID and website. There
is no charge to have an account set up. MEG will send you an email welcoming
you within 24 hrs. A user name and password will be issued to view the
wholesale prices. There are no drop ship fees. There is no reference to MEG
when drop shipping.
Q: What is
your return policy?
A:
If the item is broke or other wise defective. MEG will take it back and replace
the item. Shipping charges for the return and the replacement are the buyer’s responsibility.
Sometimes burning issues happens if the candle is not burned properly. A candle
should be burnt for one hour every inch it is wide. This allows for a full melt
pool. If it is snuffed before this time, then you will see tunneling or wax left
on the sides of the container. MEG can not accept a candle back because the
customer doesn't like the scent or the color of the candle. Shortages need to
be made known to me within five days of receipt of package so I can fill the
order in completion. I will check my records to see if I agree. Kindly
enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason you are not satisfied. We use
customer comments to make sure that items are accurately described and refine
our selections. We welcome your positive feedback also.
Q: How do I know you received my internet order?
A: After
placing an order from our website, you will be sent a confirmation of your
order by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour or two of
your purchase order please contact MEG by phone or email. The contact
information is at the bottom of this page.
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: The
state of Indiana requires a 6%
sales tax to be collected unless the buyer has a tax ID number and a wholesale
account set up.
